Standard delivery to UK addresses is by Royal Mail First Class post .

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 7/10 days of receipt of your order.

Delivery costs will vary based on the weight and bulk of the item. For most products, delivery to the UK will be charged at £3.95 or £5.95. Heavy items may be charged £9.95 or more. The delivery charge will be clearly stated at the checkout.

 2. What is our return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return the Goods to us within 30 days of delivery in the packaging they came in, and we will be happy either to exchange the goods or give you a full refund.

This guarantee does not apply to personalised items which are not returnable or refundable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 3. How do I return an item?

Re-package the item using the packaging we used to send your order, including a separate sheet of paper giving the order number, name, address and a brief reason why this item(s) is being returned. This will help in processing your return faster.

Secure the box using strong shipping tape around all sides and taping over any existing punctures or tears.

SportsArt may be unable to process returns received without this or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number.

4. What if I want a refund for my return?

Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase or in the form of a cheque in GBP. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any other currency besides GBP. All refund cheques will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the order was placed.
