Delivery and Returns
Please note prices quoted on this site are for postage and packaging inside the UK and Ireland only (signed for business post) and 1st class postage within the EC.

Where possible we will dispatch framed pictures to you from our facility within 7/10 days of receipt of your order.
1. What is our return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, then you may return the Goods to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will be happy either to exchange the goods or give you a full refund.
2. How do I return an item?
We will gladly accept a return for exchange within thirty (30) days from date of shipment.
Please include a separate sheet of paper giving the order number, name, address and a brief reason why this item(s) is being returned. This will help in processing your return faster.
SportsArt may be unable to process returns received without this or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number.
If possible, re-package the item using the packaging we used to send your order..
Secure the box using strong shipping tape around all sides.
Tape over any existing punctures or tears.

3. Can I return an item that I received as a gift?
We will gladly accept a gift return for exchange within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. To return goods, please save the item(s) and packaging. Be sure to include an explanation why you are not satisfied with the item(s).
4. What if I want a refund for my return?
Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase or in the form of a cheque in GBP. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any other currency besides GBP. All refund cheques will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the order was placed.
